Tara Zeiler
After almost 30 years, Tara Zeiler has had the pleasure of building her real estate career and development company while enjoying raising her family in the Bitterroot Valley. As the broker and owner of her Florence-based real estate company, MontTerra, she proudly shaped numerous communities in the Bitterroot Valley by personally developing 7 neighborhoods and offering her guidance and expertise to several other communities. As a new construction specialist, Tara has set herself apart by working seamlessly with developers, construction contractors, and her clients from choosing a lot and designing her client’s dream plan to staying involved throughout the entire building process through completion and getting settled. When not engaged with clients, Tara is passionate about spending time with her family and friends hiking, boating, attending the local high school sporting events, and being active in her community. Joe Worth
Joe Worth has been in real estate for 25 years, having bought his first home shortly after graduating from college. Since that time he has developed, built, fixed, flipped, and brokered thousands of properties across 17 states including Hawaii. He developed a heart for Montana during a trip in late 2020. Since then he has invested in the region, including purchasing the Cedar Street Bridge in nearby Sandpoint, ID. Joe now spends his primary hours working in the film and entertainment industry. Along with his wife Rebekah, they have two daughters, one Golden Retriever, and a really old feisty mixed poodle. His heart is to see families and communities thrive and we hope you find this reflected in the vision for White Cloud Ridge.
